Return and Refund Policy

At Doan x SpyziUp, operated by Doan Food B.V., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to help.

Because we sell food products, certain return restrictions apply for hygiene and food safety reasons. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, refund or replacement where applicable.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must:

Be unopened and unused.
Be in original condition.
Be in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

The product arrived damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
Your order is incomplete.
The product is defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

Your order number.
A short description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

A replacement product.
Store credit.
A partial refund.
A full refund.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned.

These include:

Opened food products.
Products with broken seals.
Products that have been partially consumed.
Products no longer suitable for resale.
Custom or personalized products.
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items, unless required by applicable law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive another product is to request a return where eligible and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

However, under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed food products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

To qualify for a withdrawal return:

Products must be unopened and unused.
Products must be returned in original condition.
Products should be returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return request.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective or incorrect product or where otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or policy violations.
